This article provides an overview of Digital Examination possibilities. Which tool might best suit your needs depends on a couple of things. For example:
- Do you want to assess with open or closed questions?
- Do you want to check on plagiarism?
- Do you want to enable remote proctoring?
- Are you going to evaluate the examinations with your colleagues?
Therefore, we highly recommend you to contact your Teaching Support team at your Faculty, before setting up a digital examination. They can help you plan and set up your digital examinations and give you advice on which tool you should use, based on your needs.

Are you using Kaltura Live Room, or any other video tool to see your students on screen? Make sure to notify your students that they turn off their Power Save Mode. If they do not, they might get kicked out the meeting, if their computer goes to standby.
Some links on how to turn off Power Save Mode can be found here and here.
