Students have access to their courses, grades and education support tools such as Turnitin via Brightspace, there are opportunities for submitting assignments and for online collaboration and teaching with tools such as MS Teams, Zoom and Kaltura Live Rooms. Via 'announcements' users are informed about malfunctions and about the impact of updates of Brightspace and the educational support tools. Within the digital learning environment there are no possibilities for other types of communication than those mentioned above. Appropriate alternatives for other forms of communication are the staff and student websites.
