Wooclap is a platform that promotes interactivity and participation in classes, face-to-face or remotely. The tool offers a range of possibilities for feedback, voting, quizzing and engaging students in a playful way in their learning activities.
Get started with Wooclap support
Navigate to https://app.wooclap.com/home to login. After login you will see a similar screen like below:
Whenever you have a question, you can always contact the Wooclap support team or consult the documentation via the question mark in the right corner of your screen. After clicking on the question mark, a pop up screen will appear:
- You can click on one of the How to's to quickly navigate to the most asked questions.
- Access the Wooclap knowledge base or search on specific topics
- And last but not least, you can ask your question directly to a Wooclap support employee via the Chat with us functionality.

I am having technical issues or have a general question that Wooclap support can not answer

FAQ
Q: I logged into Wooclap after 24 April 20:30, but I can't see my old presentations. What should I do?
A: Try logging out once and logging in again. Please note: It might be best to close the browser completely and only then log in again. Possibly stored cookies and cache are blocking your data from loading properly.
